Nothing worth mentioning that is likeable about the place.

Lacking cleanliness. The hallway of the unit was infested with coach roaches. In fact, we’ve seen one or two going in and out of another unit. There was even a post in the elevator mentioning the pest infestation. This led to uncomfortable stay. Would I recommend this place, probably not.

The location is decent and the building complex itself too.

We had cockroaches in our room and our toilet was plugged. Communication was super slow and the problem was not resolved instantly. On top the apartment is stuffed with things (doesnt feel cosy/clean) and the airconditioning directly over the bed and 1,5 meters away from your face triggers to catch a cold…

There was a lot of places to eat around the building and inside the building, even a big supermarket so it was very comfortable to stay there especially takin into account that there was a typhoon going on

The room was comfortable and clean. The were a lot of facilities inside and around the building including restaurants and supermarkets

It was very unpleasant walking in. When we walked in the unit smelled of fish and the washroom smelled like sewage. The unit is nice and the owner was very help and accommodating because we had to switch to a different unit. Very noisy though and you can hear people from upstairs or in the units beside you. Good if you’re only staying for a day or two.

The WiFi connection was super fast! Working was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and it being by the window was awesome as we get to enjoy the Makati skyline view.

The garbage disposal requires you to walk the garbage out of the unit to the designated garbage room on the floor. Not the property owner’s fault though!
