Genova XXV Aprile by Wonderful Italy

Very good location, close to the main touristic sights and old town center.

The apartments were newly furnished, but no cleaning was done to then whatsoever. There was so so much dust, and hairs, and random stuff like phone chargers and purses left from maybe the previous tourists or from the cleaning crew. We also found some forgotten bedsheets and pillow cases in the washing machine.

Great distance to everything. Size of the apartment is great. Easy to contact and very helpful hosts. Clean and well equipped.

Bed was too soft. Not an issue with the property, but the area behind is quite dodgy (prostitution and drug dealing).

Location was excellent

The location was very central and only a few minutes walk from the city main square. The lady who handover the key was friendly and even showed me locations around the apartment and walked me to nearest supermarket and taxi station. The rooms were bigs and kids friendly. Free high speed internet.

The apartment was surrounded by multiple beauty salon inside the building (Sometimes crowded). The host provided only one key for three adults, so we needed to sync our schedule when we were leaving the apartment. The floor was not clean enough. (our white socks get dirty in a minute) The shower was damaged, so we needed to use the hand shower and use it very carefully otherwise it could jump out. The bathroom door was damaged and impossible to close. ( we had to get shower and go to toilet with a half open door) There was bad smell in toilet when we arrived, so I bought a smell remover. Washing machine will jump around the bathroom when in use. Disk machine leaking water even though not much. No view from the windows. (the building is surrounded by small alleys, so you can only see walls in one meter from windows) We received one towel each which was not enough for a few days stay and even though it was clean we could still see some yellow mark on it. (Bring your own towel)

Property is spacious and in perfect location and has everything you might need for a holiday stay! Air conditioning in bedrooms is a life saver in hot weather. There was everything you might need to cook a quick meal for a family. Supermarket is only couple of minutes away. The house itself is busy so you don’t need to worry about being too loud and disturbing other people! Loved staying there!

Shower is very low pressure. Washing machine jumps around the bathroom when in use. The bathroom bin wasn’t emptied. Our flight was delayed and when I contacted the welcome agent to let them know we were told that check in after midnight is not possible and we will need to find a hotel where to stay till 9am next morning so we had to rush like crazy from the airport with two kids to get there right before midnight.
