Great location! Very spacious, nicely decorated apartment and very well-equipped.

+ The location was good, close to the central square. + The kitchen was well equipped. + Friendly host, gave us also tips for food - The was no heat in the apartment and air conditioning was not working. With low temperatures outside it was bit cold (the host provided us with an extra heating but was not really sufficient). - The apartment could have been a bit cleaner (especially the shower in the bathroom).

Great location and warm hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay in Turin at Suite Bertola, with my friends, we were 3. The location is very convenient – just a short walk to both a bus stop and an underground station, which made getting around the city super easy. If you feel like walking, it's about 15 minutes on foot to Piazza Castello, so it's quite central too. The host was lovely and welcoming, giving us great recommendations for aperitifs, breakfast spots, and dinner. It was a nice personal touch that we really appreciated. Overall, a great base to explore Turin with a friendly host and a fantastic location!

A couple of small things to note: the only mirror is in the bathroom – having one in the bedroom or hallway would definitely be helpful. Also, while the place wasn't dirty, the cleanliness could be improved a bit – just a more thorough clean would make the stay even better.
