Principe Real Duplex With Terrace by Local

La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento es muy espacioso, algo difícil de encontrar en el centro de Lisboa. La llegada es autónoma, lo cual es muy cómodo para vuelos que aterrizan tarde. El anfitrión estuvo siempre disponible y nos envió toda la información necesaria en su momento. Habíamos leído comentarios sobre las escaleras, ya que son muy empinadas, pero en nuestro caso, siendo una pareja joven y con poco equipaje, no tuvimos ningún problema. El apartamento está cerca de todos los servicios y a solo 2 minutos de la Praça das Flores, pero lo suficientemente apartado como para ser silencioso por la noche, lo cual es un gran plus, poco común en esta zona. El baño es amplio y cuenta con agua caliente de sobra y una muy buena presión de la ducha.

Como ya le comenté al anfitrión, la cama es muy incómoda, lo que reduce bastante el nivel de confort del apartamento y hace que no merezca un 10. Al final del día, lo más importante es poder descansar bien. Se trata de dos colchones unidos, ambos de baja calidad y hundidos. Un cambio de cama, en mi opinión, haría que el apartamento fuese mucho más cómodo y perfecto para estancias en la ciudad. El enchufe del baño no funciona, ¡hay que arreglarlo para poder usar el secador o máquina de afeitar!

The location of this flat is great as its 20-30 minutes walk to most Biarro Alto and Cais do Sodre. There were also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Although the area was very quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The terrace was nice, but the door was difficult to close. The flat was clean. The air con worked well in the bedroom

The sink in the bathroom was slow draining and we had to prop the plug hole open. There was a slight smell from the drains, but I think this is a common thing in Lisbon - it didn't bother us too much. The terrace door was difficult to use. There was a knack to it, but it took us a while to figure this out - maybe give people instructions on how to close it. The stairs are really steep, both in the flat and building. This only really was an issue with the suitcase. Although the flat was clean, it could do with a deep clean (some slight mould in the bathroom) and a refresh as some of the paint work looks dirty. The bedroom is upstairs and there is only a small window which did not open. So it gets warm and stuffy. Luckily the air con works well.

The worst and dirtiest apartment I’ve ever rented in my life. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and everything was dirty. The chairs were very uncomfortable, and the bed had a broken leg, so it was tilted the whole time and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The couch had a very dirty cover. The staircase was so narrow that barely one person could fit. The only good thing about this place was its very central location, which made it easy to reach the city center even on foot.

Gostei muito, a única coisa a apontar é, fora do apartamento, as escadas muito inclinadas.

The location is great!

It could use a bit of maintenance, especially in the toilet and the upstairs room, in the corners there were some stains of dampness.

Крутая лестница на второй этаж. С багажом трудно подняться.

The property is a little bit far from the center but on the way there you have a lot of things to see. It was clean, cozy, there are have two air-conditioners, the terrace is nice, the kitchen is fully equipped and everything is working aswell. The only thing we were missing were some slippers, otherwise i recommend.

Narrow and steep stairs.

The location amazing and also the bed. I slept so well. Just a really cozy place to stay.

The bathroom and the terrase were a little bit dirty. But it was okay.
