Renovated apt by the Savitsky Museum

Location was great, apartment was large and clean

The apartment is spacious and very well located for visiting the Savitsky Museum. The host was also responsive and generally attentive to our needs throughout our stay, which we appreciated.

However, cleanliness felt rather superficial and could definitely be improved. The main issue was a serious breach of privacy and security. We booked the apartment and also arranged two tours through the same host. During the second tour, while all of our belongings were still inside, someone entered the apartment, moved in the next guest’s luggage, and left the apartment unlocked. This is something I consider very serious. Regardless of the explanation provided afterward, guests should be able to trust that the apartment they have rented will remain private and secure until checkout. Because of this incident, I would not stay here again.

Хорошая просторная квартира, чистое белье, постель Удобное расположение. Внизу два кафе, в одно из них вход прямо через подъезд)))

Для идеальности во время проживания не хватало салфеток/бум полотенце или просто кух полотенце на кухне Ну это мелочи

Шикарные огромные аппартаменты, 2 спальни, большая гостиная, полноценная кухня, удобная ванная со множеством полочек. Все продумано и отделано со вкусом. Входная дверь оборудована автоматическим замком, очень удобно при отъезде не быть привязанными ко времени. Расположение в доме прямо напротив музея Савицкого, внизу дома замечательное кафе Cinnamon, где можно вкусно позавтракать или пообедать. Нет проблем с парковкой, можно запарковаться либо во дворе, либо рядом в переулке. Бронь без карты, оплата наличными.

Матрас жестковат на мой вкус. Четвертый этаж без лифта, для кого-то может быть проблемой. И поменяйте стол на кухне, невозможно сидеть, коленки упираются в нижнюю полку!
