FLH Mouraria Art Apartment with Pool

The property needs a good bit of TLC! The dinning furniture is a mess and needs replaced as there is chuncks out of it, the walls need a fresh lick of paint as there is so many dirty marks on them, the living room floor needs replaced as there is massive dirty marks on it especially in the kitchen and the en suit shower needs replaced as it is broken and comes off the wall which looks to have been like that for a while! Used toilet rolls should also be removed before a new guest checks in!

Shower in main bathroom leaked into the hallway everytime it was used, but there was another shower in the en-suite bedroom so not too much of an issue

Spacious, safe, good location for us. Dark bedrooms, quiet, efficient lift

Disappointed that reviews from months ago spoke about bathroom shower leaking over floor and assumed it had been fixed by now. This was not the case. Photos make apartment out to be a lot more luxurious than it actually is. Could do with a bit of a make over It want as clean as I would have hoped

Details of apartment set up weren’t quite clear. Pool is private but it is shared with the rest of the building. Also, main bathroom shower is very dangerous due to flooding as drain system isn’t good. This has been a feature for reviews over the years and should be sorted by now

Main bathroom unusable.

Could only use 1 shower for 5 people. The main bathroom shower flooded the bathroom. It also was in need of updating - it looked tatty and not the cleanest.

Location, bedrooms, pool facilities, lounge and kitchen area We were able to have an early check in

Only 1 set of towels each Ensuite bath was blocked and we had to have someone come and sort it out. The main bathroom shower drainage was very poor and it flooded the entire room each time we showered. The large tile to stand on in the main bathroom was wobbly and dangerous

Nice location, enough space and cleanliness.

Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t work. The shower in the small bathroom could use some upgrades.

Great pool once we found how to get to it and get back (we could not find any instructions). Lounge was spacious.

The shower flooded the bathroom when we used it.
