Sea view apartments in Villa Esperia

Ми провели чудову відпустку в цих зручних та гарних апартаментах. Вони розташовані в історичній будівлі недалеко від центру, чисті та обладнані всім необхідним. На кухні багато посуду, нова білизна. Нам щастило на безкоштовне паркування поруч. Окремий бонус апартаментів - тераса з видом на море. Повернемося сюди ще раз.

Просторные апартаменты, шикарный балкон . Чисто. Нас поселили раньше времени .

Отсутствие уборки номера и выноса мусора . Это нужно добавить обязательно . Для отдыхающих больше 3 дней это может быть не приемлемо .

Kitűnő elhelyezkedés, szép kilátás, közelben a part. A terasz kiváló.

A konyha felszereltsége , mert nem volt mikró sem sütő, illetve vágódeszka.

Apartment Aufenthalt in Opatija: Eine Empfehlung! Das Apartment liegt sehr günstig und zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt. Der große Balkon mit Seeblick ist besonders schön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein öffentlicher, kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz befindet sich ganz in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Unsere Gastgeberin Anita war außerdem eine sehr freundliche Person, die ausgezeichneten, kundenorientierten Support geboten hat. Opatija ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die mit ihrer Atmosphäre begeistert.

Friendly hosts, great apartment with a great terrace view!

Nothing. We booked one night and when we saw the room we decided not to stay because it was way too dirty. I am sad that only 4 photos can be placed here, I have many more photos of awful dirt and hair on the bed sheets. P.S. Be very careful when you contact this landlord, even with the proofs that apartment is messy and dirty she will tell you that you are lying. She will take money and leave you in that dirt, and then continue to lie without any responsibility for her actions.

Upon a closer look, we noticed that the room was not cleaned from the previous guest(s). The owner probaby didn't bother very much because we only booked one night. Hair of different length was everywhere: toilet seat, sink, bed sheets, dining table, chairs... a lot of the furniture was dirty and old. We contacted the owner and requested that at least the sheets be changed, but all we got were excuses. How they are unavailable, that they have an emergency etc. and at no point did they try to offer any kind of solution, alternative or help beyond repeating "trust us, we cleaned it ourselves". As mentioned, it's a shame that only 4 pictures can be attached to a review.

What I loved the most was the balcony., both its view and its size. It's awesome to wake up to a sea view. Apartment was clean and tidy and all appliences (fridge, stove, dishwasher, AC and TV) were in order . The hosts were friendly and very helpful. They kindly allowed us early check in.
