Super clean and friendly staff. Rooms are very chic and comfortable.

Pool was shut down for maintenance during part of my stay. Noise from nearby construction. The drinks are way overpriced for the area.

Haces la reserva y cuando llegas al lugar nunca esta terminado el proceso por lo que siempre ternas pagando mas. Eso le paso a varias personas más. Se me perdieron las chancletas en la piscina y nadie hizo nada por mas que lo reporte de inmediato. Algunas veces no limpiaron la habitación. Había mas drogas que clientes

This new hotel is very nice! The design is on point and the staff are super friendly. The pool is fun and the restaurant has delicious food.

I wish they had some (or even one) TV station in English. All stations are in Spanish and for out of country guests, a nice touch is to offer channels in English too.

The location, staff and finishes

No closets, noisy with the restaurant music that echoes into the rooms.

There is a lot of construction near the hotel making it hard to relax in the afternoon..

Amazing hotel. We LOVED the location. The design is just beautiful but what makes it the best hotel in the area is its staff. We truly appreciated all of them. Amazing pools. The rooftop one has an incredible view. We also strongly recommend the Sunday Drag Brunch which was so much fun. Food is also top notch. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back.

Nothing to NOT LIKE. All was perfect

The only negative is the construction noise surrounding the hotel. But we still had a wonderful time. The entire staff are great, treating us so kindly.
