😤😤😤太差了 太差了 太差了 1）我们11个大人+1个10岁的小孩～明明写可以住12个人，可是去到只有4个双人床和1个单人床，说好的2个sofa bed, 就只是3+2的sofa, 3个位的sofa勉强可以睡1个10岁的小孩，請問2个位的sofa 那么短什么大人能夠睡？要求给extra matress, 从下午4点问 到晚上9点半才回复说很忙 而且没有多余的extra matress了，之后就消失了 完全不给予任何回应。 2）明明已经通知2点半左右会去check in, 可是3点半到住宿的地方，里面还在收拾也沒有通知我们，cleaner叫我们等她们50分钟收拾～結果cleaner很赶的收拾了走人 前后不到30分钟。第二天check out的时候 早上9点就通知我怎么check out, 10点又问 我check out了吗～怎么问其他的问题都不见这么积极回复呢？ 3）而且住宿的热水器 ～ 2间浴室的热水器都是坏的 也沒有维修。 真的是很差很差的一次住宿体验 🙃🙃🙃
