- location - really close to beach as well as to Lielais Dzintars - the washing machine has a dryer option - great amenities in the kitchen - huge tv

- bad sewage smell in bathroom; also - horrible odour in the stairway - bathroom was just too small and uncofortable to use - after using the shower, the water went everywhere and there was no mop to clean it up; plus, you have to manage the shower doors since the shower doesn’t actually fit into the bathroom when the doors are not folded away. - didn’t feel very welcome in the place as there were opened water bottler left in the fridge - not sure how long it has been there but would have been nice to have some fresh water. the water in sink didn’t feel drinkable as it left stains on all dishes after washing; also, there were dirty sponges (with brown stains) left next to the sink when we arrived. - uncomforatble bed - the blanket was too small for two people where one is 1.93m tall (please either put two blankets or one big one that fits the bed size) ; really uncomfortable pillows - I strained my neck on the first night and slept without pillow for the rest of the time. - one a similar note - the couch has an awkard positioning - fowards the kitchen area not the tv, so when watching a movie you have to turn to a side. There really is no point in having the couch face kitchen since the bar area is in front of it anwyway. - lastly I opted for an appartment instead of a hotel as I had some work to do; unfortunately, this place didn’t meet my needs. I brought my own laptop & extra monitor,however, there was no place to work - the bar area is too high and the tv area is too low, would be great to have a desk somwhere.

The owner is very friendly, answers all questions quickly. Good location, clean apartmen. Everything was perfect. Definitely would stay here next time.
