The host was very quick to respond to our needs whenever issues arise, all the rooms were equipped with private shower and heater - though the water did stop halfway through in the middle of the night due to their paid water system, it was solve very quickly which we really appreciate. Swimming pool was wonderful and the kitchen was very well equipped, highly recommended for big groups who wants to have a budget big villa close enough to town. Gojek prices to most places (shopping mall, beaches, massage parlours) were very affordable.

Water heater and air conditioner broke down during our 3rd-4th night (only in the main bedroom upstairs), but the rest of the bedrooms were working fine.

Nice big house as were a few of us who stayed. Villa was clean on arrival, owner was ok to begin with, got a bit rude after we checked out. Photos are true to what the villa looks like.

Main bedroom aircon didn't work properly, wasnt cold at all it kept switching off all the time, not the best waking in a puddle of sweat in humid weather. First bedroom on ground floor aircon wasn't very cold. Back seating area to the pool aircon also was the same not very cold and kept turning itself off. The owner was nice to begun with however after we left (a week of same sheets and towels) complained to me that the sheets and towels had stains/spots on them. They are white as well mind you. My son was unwell and did spew on one bed, I did my best to clean/scrub stain from the sheet and blanket, I also put through washing machine and hung out to dry, it wasn't on purpose, the showers in the 4 upstairs rooms arent the best either. Trickles water out.... They did come to "clean" however we had gone out got back and EVERY aircon had been turned off the house was very hot and humid which i thought was a bit wrong. I also woke one morning with no electricity, had to call him to sort out, being such a big place and knowing every room would be in use I would have thought that owner would have put enough money on power. I don't think I would rebook here, just on how rude owner was after we left.

Its great value for money for our family in big group, quite location and order food online - Grab / Go jek is recommended. From airport only 25 minutes and bery closed to Biggest statue in Bali - GWK.
