Had an amazing stay at eqUILIBRIA Seminyak. The villas are beautiful, private, and perfect for relaxing, but what really makes this place special is the incredible staff — every single person was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The spa was also fantastic and one of the highlights of the stay. Truly relaxing with highly skilled therapists. Luxury, privacy, and outstanding service all in one place. Would happily stay again.

Everything people service was amazing

Everything was wonderful. We would like to extend a special thank you to Gede (aka 'Good Day') and the rest of the team. They were incredibly attentive and provided us with impeccable service.

The only drawback is the hotel's access road. While easily navigable by scooter, it’s a significant challenge for taxis.

Bästa service någonsin, Risky som var våran huvudsakliga kontakt var underbar , alltid hjälpsam när man undrade över något . Sedan har vi våran chaufför som jobbade där Dika ( patrik ). Han var super trevlig,2 hel dagar var vi ute med honom.Han hade stor kunskap om vad som var värt att se . Körde väldigt säkert i den ganska galna trafiken. Risky och Dika kommer vi att sakna mest men övriga personal var jätte duktiga också..

Vägen utanför hotellet var katastrof , väldigt smal med massor av trafik, vi var faktiskt rädda när vi gick på den.

Amazing design and very friendly staff. Very comfortable and well located.

There is an ant problem there which needs to be tackled. I understand food but when they are coming in and getting into my laptop it’s time to call in the pest inspector.
