I was disappointed that the advertised room rate was around RM127.16 but the actual amount deducted by the bank was over RM257.33 (+tax & cleaning fee). Please be careful when approving the payment — I didn’t realise the total had changed and thought it was the same as advertised. A RM300 deposit is required, and the refund took more than three days. Checkout is strictly at 11 a.m. I was charged RM50 for leaving at 12 p.m., even though I only checked in at 7 p.m. and had gone out earlier for work between 8–11 a.m. Previously, I stayed at the nearby Almas residence for about RM1++ with no deposit, a 12 p.m. checkout, and much better facilities and value for money compared to this Teega property.

Near to Puteri harbour but still require to walk a bit . Unit not very high but at least unblock

Unit not well maintained , aircon not cold enough and 1 unit not function . The pillows have kind of smell . The WiFi connection is very poor , can’t watch anything , need to use own hotspot . Communication between the host and security needs to improved . The noises from the road might be disturbing especially there is event at Puteri harbour
