location, clean bed and its sheet, the view, 6km to edu city, easy to take keys even without presence of owner, nice gesture by owner arranging plates and bowl on cutlery on dining table. first impression, nice and clean.

the only thing we dont quite like was the balcony outside the bathroom. prob the door not meant to be opened, but we did as we thought to get some fresh air from outside after shower. it seemed not well maintained. but this is very very minor. does not change our overall view of the unit being excellent 😇

Nice and comfortable for family with 2 small children. Equipments and furnitures are complete for the suite.

Dusty on the fridge, shelfs, under the bed & have stagnant water outside the bathroom. Confusion on the one frying pan provided as it is not suitable for the induction cooker

Check in was hassle free and the communication with the owner is prompt. The condo location was a bit far from restaurants/supermarket. Require transport instead of short walk to nearby restaurants/cafe. The noise level was moderate. But i like the ambience, privacy and tranquil.

The room cleanliness was not so clean. Fridge, shower, tv rack have dust & bit dirty on the carpet and under bed. hope owner can improve the condo cleanliness in all areas.
