- The minimum age required for the lead guest is 21 - Infants will be counted as a guest - Strictly no stag or hen parties - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found) - If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labor and additional cleaning) - All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be canceled and you will not be allowed access into the property. - Please also note that if you are bringing a pet, that the fee is £30 per pet per stay for a maximum of 2. Pet is limited to hard floor areas and not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Kindly message us first as bringing of pet is subject to approval. - We please ask all guests to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am. Disclaimer: ALL unauthorized early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out could also incur a relocation and/or cancellation fee chargeable to you, the guest, should Grandeur Property Management Limited lead to a loss of income due to interruptions to a future booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Great location, clean airy rooms."

Communication regards parking. I'm still waiting for a response from 4 days ago. Also I think it would benefit from a further bespoke shower rather than one attached to a stand alone bath which sprayed water a fair bit.

"Spacious centrally located town house"

Fantastic location however parking is very tight with limited space for turning

Non of the bathrooms had any hand soap, most of the furniture was stained and not overly inviting

Beds were comfortable and it was in a convenient location

It was not clean, there was used products and other peoples hair left in the bathroom windowsill. Incredibly difficult to find especially since we didn’t get instructions to get in until we had already been walking around trying to find it for 42 mins after the check-in time. I sent several messages to the property while we were trying to locate it with no responses. Requested a later checkout via message still no response from them. Noted my dissatisfaction and still no response. Very poorly run. I would not book with Grandeur Property Management again. The number in booking.com first page was incorrect and we had to go through the booking information to find a phone number. Very frustrating after 24 hours of travel and the money they charged.

Lovely place, so quiet in spite of being located just off High Street. Lovely place. Lots of eating, drinking and shopping 1 minute from house. Nice area .

Maybe an extra shower.

Location

Lounge/ diner cramped, bathroom and downstairs toilet door locks didn't work. Veluxs didn't operate properly, no bedside tables in bedroom. Stained settee and lounge area a bit shabby, kitchen seating area only for two people. Tea and coffee promised but only empty packs left. Dangerous, moveable brick gate pillar. Accomodation quite basic for price paid. Post code given was for loc school outside of Lymington. Excessive and repetitive communication from Grand Props who also tried to nearly double the insurance overnight, without explanation. This along with efforts to make money from us in many other ways, left a bad taste. We will not be using properties let by GP in future.
