Breakfast is not included as it was a self-catering place. We had issues parking. No-one assisted us when we arrived, no-one showed us around the property. We always book through "booking.com" and all the places we chose were absolutely lovely except this trip. We will never make a trip to this place again. The fridge plug was taken out yet they knew they going to receive guests. There weren't any toiletries to clean the toilet or the place as the toilet was with stains. The sponge to wash dishes was a used sponge which was terrible, the oven was not working, no complimentary things at all eg. teabags/coffee/sugar/milk. The shower was not getting hot and when we informed the person in charged / owner. They said we were too long in the shower (which was not the case). They don't cater for load shedding. There's no heaters, there is aircon but not for the upstairs unit. When we informed the person in charged / owner - they said we didn't bring warm clothes (which was not the case). The wifi was slow-they didn't know the name of the wifi, we had to pick it up ourselves, they only provided us with the password. They said they can assist with another unit but can't guarantee whether we are going to experience the same issues. They informed us that they going to refund our money for that 1 night and when we requested for same, they now say that we had an option to move to another place but the question is "how can we move to another place and experience the same issues?"

Be polite and assist your guests Receive your guests with a warm welcome Make sure all the facilities are in good order Don't interrogate the guests by whether they have warm clothes or taking long in the shower

The Swimming Pool, The Safety, The area was quiet nicely, The rooms were extremely big.
