Comfort appartment in Värnhem, Malmö

It looked clean but we only stayed a few minutes as the sleeping areas were not as advertised.

It was advertised as a one bedroomed apartment (the owner has since changed this) listed as having one bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room (this has also been changed on the listing by the owner now). My 17year old son and I booked in good faith that there were two sleeping areas. There were not. We could not stay there as we are not prepared to share the same sleeping area. We had paid for two sleeping areas. The owner insisted it was a one bedroom apartment (now he seems to see it is not) and refuses to give any refund. Owner was also very slow to respond to enquiries made via booking.com

Zentral gelegen, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar

Die Wohnung sah ungeputzt aus. Im Bad hing ein nasses Handtuch, im Spiegelschrank lagen offene Kosmetikprodukte inkl. benutztem Rasierer. Spüllappen und Geschirrtuch waren auch bereits benutzt und mufflig. Im Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank lagen offene Lebensmittel. Haben erstmal Klo, Spüle und das Geschirr, das wir benötigen, durchgeputzt. Ist übrigens kein Appartement mit 1 Schlafzimmer, sondern ein 1-Zimmer-Appartement. Das Bett steht im Wohnzimmer.

Angabe eines falschen Türcodes, zudem mussten wir einen andern Hauseingang benutzen, als uns angegeben wurde. Gestank im Treppenhaus. Schmierige Abzugshaube in der Küche, allgemein nicht sauber geputzt. Fenster sind schwierig zu schliessen und undicht.

Location is well suitable for traveling by car. You don't have a private parking, but there is plenty of paid parking in the streets. Access with door code and key in lockbox

Not as quiet as I had hoped (quite some noise from the street although it was on the sixth floor) Cleanliness should be better, especially the kitchen and bathroom

Excellent location. Nice comfortable apartment.

The actual address should be listed. It was confusing to find the entrance to the building.
