Beautiful flat with one of the best views over the city. The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect choice.

The receptionist did not have the correct information and was rigidly following a procedure that required my name to be on the envelope with the keys. Since my name was not listed, she refused to give me the keys. I attempted to call the number provided in the reservation, but it was disconnected and no longer in use. Despite this, she insisted that the situation was entirely my problem and made no effort to assist or find a solution. She said she does not have any reservation with my name and is not expecting anyone. At one point, I genuinely thought the booking might be a scam due to the lack of support. Fortunately, the property owner responded to my message through the booking app and provided a working number for her to call, which resolved the issue. Overall, the experience was very frustrating. Staff in such positions should be more helpful and proactive in resolving issues rather than dismissing guests. I want to make it clear that I do not hold the apartment owner responsible for this incident. The owner was responsive and helped resolve the problem once contacted. My complaint is solely about the receptionist's behavior and the management of the reception service for the building.

Ubytovanie bolo v skvelej lokalite,všetko potrebné bolo nablízku,bezproblémový check-in aj check-out. Výhľad sme mali na celú Bratislavu na hrad aj na UFO zároveň, byt bol presne ako na fotkách a bol čistý.

A spacious apartment in a very good location - walkable distance into the city centre and close to the Eurovea mall. Nice views of the castle.

Communication with the host could have been a bit better (more responsive) but it's a bit nitpicky from me.
