Actually everything. Leave everything apart, this hotel didnt have the tea maker too. This is actually a basic amenity which even a guesthouse also provides.

FabHotel Limestone Aura staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and comfortable

The location was very central. Through the window one can see a small slum/huts area but the rest was good.

There was no kettle provided even after request. Every picture shows a kettle and it’s listed as one of amenities so I found that unacceptable. We got one on the second day though. The service wasn’t good either. The receptionist seemed to be lost and overwhelmed with any inquiry or question we had. One should know that there is no restaurant in this hotel so not even hot or cold drinks can be ordered.

Cleanliness was good for Indian standard and for this budget, room was cleaned everyday to good standard.

Communication could have been better, receptionist did not tell us the wifi password, didn't tell how to get hot water, was not reachable till 7am. Though the website states it's discounted price, I believe it's the fair price even if it's discounted.
