"Bad experience don't book . Over booking"

Nothing as we didn't stay even show we are booked as when called the host just to make sure and they said they are overbooked and did not received the booking from Booking.com. nightmare as my money now being processed and had to wait for refund after 3 calls to booking.com. I think this is so bad from both booking .com and the host side

Not a professional as allowed booking.com to let us booked the apt when it's already fully booked. Not helpful host and even spoken to booking..com money still hold. Imagine if a family with limited resources to book for holiday and no apt and no money left . That's bad.
