Lack of microwave in room Refrigerator too small and Frozen all my refrigerated foods

Breakfast was okay but we had to ask many times for things like eggs to be available.

No one serviced our room in the week we were there which was over Christmas. In all fairness, we had the door sign up most days but on days we needed fresh towels, no one came. It was Christmas week. We called the front desk and went down to get new towels ourselves. Only other issue was the fridge was frozen over. We had to thaw to be able to use it. My hubby took care of the problem.

Breakfast was good exceeded my expectation, the freshness - smell in the rooms and bed. My Pj when i came home I could still smell loved it. What is it ???

Didnt realize microwave in Lobby

Location very good

Employees seemed to be socializing at the front desk making it harder to approach them. However when they saw I was needing to ask a question they did pay attention quickly.

The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly

Lobby was freezing but hallways were hot and humid. Booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds. Apparently they were sold out:
