The apartment was clean, well appointed and as described and shown in pictures. It was charming over all. Kevin greeted us with warmth and friendliness, making a few suggestions about local attractions and showing us a few special things about the place. Overall a delightful stay created by Kevin.

This BnB is located on a beautiful, serene piece of property in a residential area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. And the grounds are stunning. Great space to sit and have a morning K-cup of coffee or tea (supplied).

Beautiful home and garden on quiet street with rental in self contained basement unit. Washer dryer right in unit, very handy. Great view of hummingbirds at feeder; fun to watch.

I love Dutchess County but it is not immune to mosquitos and we were under siege as we strolled through the neighborhood. The host has a spectacular garden, though, and the insects seemed more prevalent elsewhere on the street.

Beautiful garden, comfortable bed, friendly and interesting host, nifty shower with circular door and high end products.

A small nightstand on my side of bed would be helpful.
