Uncleanliness, the unit was not cleaned at all in the first place. And I check out immediately just after 4hrs. Ask for full refund but booking.com unable to fulfil full refund .

Some of the parts are old Not so easy for parking at 5/f

It clean. I love the decoration and my kids love it.

Parking too high. Need to round and round about level 5 then can get to parking 🤣

It is a decent size for a family of 3. The utensils provided were sufficient. The location was close enough to legoland but the building parking is a little inconvenient having to climb all the way up to level 5.

The sofa was dirty, can see spots on it. The extra blanket for the sofa bed left a lot of lints onto our clothes. There were dust all around - under the bed, under the sofa, it got blown out from under the bed during our stay. Became very dusty. The Aircond was on and off at the living room. The extra pillow was yellowy, didn’t use it cuz it’s not very clean.

Too many emails for reminding, more than 10++ just before check in. Parking was miserable. Just location is the good point.

Near to legoland, and other amenities

Not enough parking space, super cramped. Only 1 level of parking space!

Parking is absolutely terrible and we needed to go an entire round to get back to the car park. But the room is fine and has essentials.
