I had done a booking through booking.com and was carrying a booking confirmation. When I reached property I was told that they are booked and will not be able to accomodate me. There is no call prior to that mentioning this and I was in a terrible situation. I requested many time and showed them the confirmation but they didnt listen to my request. I was there for about an hour but they didnt helped me with anything. Finally I had to leave and find a new hotel through makemy trip app. I think Booking.com and their tieup with hotels put travellers in bad situation.
