Room was fine. Unfortunately there were a group of men literally outside the window having a get together/parting at their pickups and being loud in the parking lot. Was fearful of telling front desk in fear of retaliation being we where on first floor and they where right outside window. We had two children with us. Next morning beer cans and cigarettes packaging outside in parking lot

Pool was freezing. Choose property because of pool and children couldn’t swim to long water was so cold.
