Le souci du personnel d'aider. Belle écoute

Emplacement peu agréable car dans un parking et les tentes sont très proches les unes des autres. Les sanitaires communs ne sont pas bien entretenus.

"It was nice, but I feel it is a bit overpriced for what you get. Mattresses are slept through."

7.0

The location is perfect, right inside Lower Sabie. The tents are very close to each other though, you hear your neigbours the whole time, also not a lot of room to braai or make fire.

The mattress in our room is completely slept through. You can feel the springs. I also think they could put a few hooks up to hang your towels or jackets, as there are none, and the kitchen was not as well equipped as described on the site. No braai tongs, no braai container, no cutting board, no sharper knives if you need to chop anything. For us as South Africans we were geared at least, but tourists traveling without these things will really have a hard time.

It was a very easy way to stay in the park overnight without camping supplies and at a very reasonable price. We had two tents with beds, lights and A/C, which was very helpful in making it a comfortable and cool stay. It was sufficient for a quick overnight stay at a reasonable price. Tents were not too far from the toilets/showers, and very close to a sink area. We slept fairly comfortably, aside from some of the bird noises in the very early morning, though it was very exciting to hear the lions calling at 4am.

The tents were a bit hard to find. At reception, we were told to pick any two unoccupied tents, but once we found them it was dark and it was really hard to tell which ones were unoccupied. We originally picked one that actually wasn't unoccupied. Luckily, the owner came to meet us to help us find the right tents. However, connecting with her was difficult since, there is no wifi or mobile phone data signal at all so we felt lucky that she finally found us. One of the tents had the space where the A/C exhaust tube is supposed to feed outside the tent sewn closed, so we had to feed the exhaust tube through the zipper at the front of the tent, which worked but was inconvenient and prevented a full seal. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of any kind of internet signal whatsoever from the tented area, even though the booking listing said there was wifi. I don't like it when the listing says there is a service when there isn't!
