everything was great! the property was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. i especially appreciated the fantastic deal/rate i received for the staycation.

i honestly can't think of anything negative. my stay was completely satisfactory.

The decription was for 16 pax but the penthouse was too small

The bathroom water heater pipe didnt work, when called the manager he said the problem was always the same for every booking , meaning the never adressed the issue by repairing.

The place is safe and comfortable for our family with children.

The bathroom shower at the penthouse does not work.

We had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this homestay. It’s a good choice for short family trips or weekend getaways.The bedrooms were clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable with fresh linens and pillows. Plenty of space to move around and unpack. Aircond/fan worked well and helped keep the room cool.Bathroom was clean and functioning well. Water heater worked well. Floor was not slippery, which is a plus.Air conditioning worked properly in the rooms. Fans were available too, which helped with ventilation. Overall, the house was not stuffy.Parking was convenient and easily accessible. The location was easy to find using navigation apps. Safe and peaceful neighborhood. The owner was friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with. Appreciate the smooth communication before and during our stay.

We had informed the owner earlier about the water pressure issue, and it’s being looked into.
