The house is clean and spacious.

The location is strategic and close to the city. However, the house requires some improvements and maintenance. Several items are not functioning properly, such as the air conditioner not cooling well and loose water taps. In addition, parts of the interior, including the walls and staircase, are damaged and need repair.

Good location, but the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, mosquitoes in the house, and some cracked flooring had been patched with clear tape. The property appears poorly maintained. If you don’t mind these issues, it may be suitable for you, but I would not stay here again.

Owner very helpless... Induction stove not working we had reported to the owner but no reply from them after report made.. But the next day he can send message on time request for Check out. Please don't let customers in trouble.

All ok , but for refund the security deposit must be paid with direct owner , 1 charge to Booking , but have other charge to owner as security deposit 200 but need within 7 days to refund .

The moment I clicked in to book (non refundable ones) a new whole page of rules were shared AND a copy of NRIC is required and that was not informed earlier. Subsequent request of earlier checkin is RM100. Yet, upon checked in, the house was in shabby condition - peeling off wallpaints, broken steps on staircase, sands on the floor, wet bathroom AND 90% of the wall switches were not functioning so we couldn't charge our phones immediately. Electrician only came few hours later. When we complained that we couldn't set up TV wifi properly, the help only came in exactly 24 hours later and the technician said no one informed him earlier.
