"Exceptional"

The 2 tvs that were not connected so we can watch 2 different programs. The breakfast was nice and filling.

Wanted to sleep in but couldn't bc the people above us were loud. Think their children were jumping off the beds. But that is nothing against the staff.

Overall a very nice hotel but the housekeeping in the room wasn't up to my expectations for the price we paid. The floors were dirty, they did not clean the coffee machine (stilll had a used filter pod in it), and the dishes and silverware were still in the dishwasher and couldn't tell if it had been run or not so we ended up using dishes from the breakfast area. The room was big and comfy and the beds were a little soft for my liking but slept well! Our room faced the interstate but the road noise was minimal - if you live in the country it may bother you! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially the front desk clerk and the hostess in the kitchen area!! Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and will stay here again in the future!

Mostly minor things but the kitchen area cleanliness was a bit disappointing (in the room)

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds. Nice, good size rooms and facilities. Love the kitchen amenities in the room. Staff friendly. Love seeing the mountains.

Shower head doesn’t have a handheld shower but the water pressure is great!

I loved how reception greated me with snacks and water truly felt at home they had a whole snack things you were missing section for us also they made sure I would use facilities and provided me with all the extra care

It was perfect! I felt a loving spirit in the space very family friendly
