Sanidea Appartamenti - Casa Smeraldo

Egyedül a hirdetés a Booking.com oldalán tetszett – az ígéretes képek és leírás alapján döntöttem a foglalás mellett.

Sajnos semmi nem felelt meg annak, amit a hirdetés sugallt. Már a főbejárati ajtó is rémisztő és biztonságérzetet nem nyújtó volt. A házban nem volt lift, a lakás pedig sötét, ódivatú, elhanyagolt állapotban volt. A falak papírvékonyak, minden zajt áthallottunk – az első éjszaka konkrétan ordítozás hallatszott a felettünk lakóktól. A berendezés régi és rossz állapotú volt: a melegítő szétrohadt, nem volt mikrohullámú sütő, a teraszajtó kilincse le volt törve, a WC-deszka kopott és sérült. A konyhabútor olajos, piszkos és részben szétrohadt. Mindezek miatt három nap után kénytelenek voltunk elhagyni a szállást – sajnos teljes mértékben csalódást okozott.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell' appartamento per 2 persone per una settimana. Si trova in ottima posizione, vicino al mare e a tutti i servizi. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Consigliato!

The apartments were clean and comfortable. There were everything, what you need for living.

The only thing, which I don't like, the mattress was too hard.

It was great apartment, just couple minutes from the beach! Location is the best! Near restaurants, supermarket, shop with fresh fruits and vegetables just next door, bus stop not far away. Air conditioned, soft bed linens and towels. Very friendly owners! Even we had to change our plans and we’ve got discount ☺️ Thank you, Romina, it was nice to meet you ☺️

Missing some basic cleaning tools and supplies. I’m sure that it is not issue from the owners side and it is sad for me to write it, but I have to.. It is problem from the cleaning lady side. It is necessary to check if the plates and dishes were washed well. And also check the laundry machine and dishwasher as they were dirty and smelled bad ☹️

Property was short walk to beach, close to train station, property was clean and spacious (we were upgraded) supermarket just around the corner. Great location.

Bed mattress was a little hard and no extra blankets as the weather had turned and was cool at night

Our Stay was really comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed and everything was clean, modern, new and cozy, the location is fantastic and very close to the beach and the hosts are incredibly sweets and helpful
