Location, luxury and stylish comfort

This apartment is outstanding in every way - the facilities, the host and the little extras provided. The location makes it very easy to get around the many attractions in the area with a car.

Perfectly situated to visit Hamilton Gardens, room was beautifully appointed, no detail missed. Our host was gracious, helpful and made every effort to insure we had a great stay.

Loved this spacious studio apartment. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Fully equipped kitchen. wonderfully quiet residential street Big bathroom with modern new washing machine. . Hearing and air conditioning. Great location - we walked to Hamilton Gardens. Great cafe 5 mins walk away. Owner who lives above the apartment was friendly but not intrusive. We were in NZ for 5 weeks and this was our favourite accomodation and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again. Haven’t included any photos as the owners photos on Booking.com are a true reflection of the accomodation.

We struggled a bit with the lock box. If someone has mobility issues they may have an issue with the steep drive leading to the appartment although we are in our 70s and 80s we didn’t have a problem. There is also the option of parking the car in front of the appartment rather than the street where we left ours.

Decent and comfortable. Good neighborhood and location.
