"Air con not working, ridiculous cost for average breakfast, looks and feels like a care home"

Spacious room

Air conditioning did not work and we had only booked this hotel for that single purpose due to a health condition made worse by heat. £24.95 for an average breakfast is not acceptable.

Clean room, lovely bed, nice surroundings.

No fridge in room but ice and cool water available near reception. Air conditioning not up to much in summer heat.

Its location to where I visit. Staff nice.

Went to book over Easter and prices were stupid went to Devere instead less than half the price and included breakfast. Shame as I do use it alot for buisness but now thinking Devere the better option. Bar closes far too early.
