"Beautiful hotel and surroundings, our room just needed a little TLC..."

The room was a lovely large size with excellent disabled facilities.

Smelt musty on entrance, surface dust, mouldy shower curtain, stain on carpet. Wobbly toilet seat. No water in the room, had to go to Reception to collect water and ice from the water fountain. A mini fridge would have been nice in the room.
