Even though our stay didn’t start with the right foot, the owner handled the situation like a real professional! As soon as we mentioned some problems with our apartment he upgraded our stay immediately with no questions asked and he even booked us a taxi to the new and better location/apartment. It can always go something on a way that you don’t expect, but the point is how you handle these situation and I’m really impressed by how things evolved! I would definitely have stayed to the properties of the owner again
