BYКватэра ў цэлым нармальная, але ўзніклі сур’ёзныя праблемы з камунікацыяй. Пасля пражывання мне быў патрэбны рахунак для службовых мэтаў, але ўладальнік двух тыдняў не адказваў на званкі і паведамленні. У выніку ён толькі паведаміў, што з’яўляецца прыватнай асобай і не можа выдаць ніякіх дакументаў. Калі вам патрэбныя афіцыйныя пацверджанні або рахункі, гэтае жыллё не падыходзіць.

SELocation was great, easy access by bus and tram. Clean, comfortable, hot shower.
The noise level is not really acceptable, the tram is just outside the window. To allow before 02 is literally impossible. The whole building also kind of smells like mold.
LVThe apartment has pretty much everything you might need (TV, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)
The apartment is located in the basement, not well lit, lacks fresh air, humid and the pillows were uncomfortable
