USLocation was great with many good places to eat around there. Close to air port and center of the city!
Poor customer service. Using bait and switch tactics. The photos didn’t match the actual place. The rental showed a balcony, but didn’t have one upon arrival. I lost the key to the apartment, and asked for the solution. Was told I was given the original key and that nothing could be done, I needed to search for the lost key. 2 hours later they found a spare key, entered my place without my presence or my permission to do so. Then told me I needed to pay 260,000 Sums for the elevator key chip, when the actual cost was only 25,000 sums that I made myself at the local market. Tried to rip me off for 10x of the cost.
THI had a great stay! The location is very convenient — close to everything I needed. The host was truly wonderful: welcoming, responsive, and very attentive to details. The apartment was spotless, with fresh, clean bedding and a comfortable atmosphere. You can tell the place is taken care of with love. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
