There is no mirror in the room, aircons too noise and there were noise coming from outside from other tenants.

nothing this is just a scam

run away from this scam. Our stay was terrible the house is under construction and very dirty. Here is the list of the trouble we had ; - NO aircon the all of our stay. - impossible to lock our door from inside - wall in the room very dirty. - big window broken very dangerous. - no curtain in windows so no privacy. - broken tv support so dangerous. - broken plug so very dangerous. - ridiculous shape of hanger. - all ceiling light hanging from ceilling - the joint between sliding door is broken so everytime the wind start it make a huge noise in the room. I have sent all photo and video to the owners to ask if maybe it was a mistake but never got any reply. This is totally unacceptable but it is the same in the main area with everyhting very dirty cigaretts buds everywhere paint over the wall etc.... We also had an incident with the maintenance man. He came to fix the shower then left. So we took a nap on the couch. I heard knocking at the door and i did not answer to not wake up my fiance. But guess what. he opened the door( because we not able to lock ) clearly saw us not dressed sleeping in the couch. Instead of leaving he kept on knocking at the door and opening to change a light. ita a shame compare to wha windhoek can offer you.

Space and secure parking. Good shower and aircon.

Having to ask for clean cutlery and crockery. No mirror over basin in bathroom. Management not always there to discuss pertenent issues.

Lovely quiet area, the self-catering kitchen was a plus, the pool refreshing and clean. Overall a pleasant stay. Arranging for a portable cooler due to the air-conditioning system being broken and not yet repaired, was much appreciated.

The housekeeping staff was overly loud on first day of arrival, but after complaining about it, this apeared to be well handled by the manager, as it was a lot quieter during the remainder of my stay.

The people partied there until 5 in the morning and we could not sleep. There is no rules. They knew there was other tenants there but did not care at all.
