I think it's a scammer. I did not recieve my refund yet and she said that the condo is occupied but in the booking.com is available.

Nothing, they didn’t send me the address and says 24 desk service but when I arrived there was no desk service, complete scam, I rang the owner who didn’t answer the calls and let me completely stranded. Do no trust these people
