Bathroom was stinking like I was standing next to an open sewer. Constant, 24 hours a day. Could not use the bathroom. Had coffee the first morning and the used cup was there till I completed my stay. Nothing was replenished. One day I left the hotel at 8:30 A.M. for the day and left my key at the reception to get the room cleaned, towel replaced etc. Nothing has been done till I got back at 5 p.m. I had to personally get the room cleaned by one of the staff and waited outside my room till it was done.

Breakfast is very bad quality and kept in very non hygiene place with open space. Very strange.

I am a frequent traveler, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor-quality accommodation. I booked this room for my family based on the photos and information shown on Booking.com, but the reality was completely different. The room provided was extremely small and not suitable for a family at all. In fact, the space was barely enough for a single person. There were no basic amenities inside the room, which is far below the minimum standard expected from any hotel. The toilets were not hygienic and lacked essential facilities. Additionally, the bathroom had serious plumbing issues — water was flowing out into the room, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for my family. Although I booked the room for 3 nights, my family and I were able to stay only one night due to these unacceptable conditions. We then had no choice but to move to another accommodation. I requested at least a discount or partial refund, but the hotel refused. I ended up paying the full amount out of self-respect, even though the services provided were completely inadequate. This experience was very disappointing, especially because I trusted Booking.com when making the reservation. I hope this issue will be reviewed seriously so that future guests do not face the same situation. Thank you.
