Excellent facilities beautifully appointed enjoyed it a lot.

Even with presenting the guard the booking.com information and we had not received an email with pin numbers and things like that he said he didn't have a way of contacting anyone. He said that we needed to contact the property owner which we did and i got a snippy reply. First time i've had that kind of problem. They said they never have problems with people checking in with booking.com. But the guard refused to contact anyone because he said he did not have a way. Delayed entrance into the facility for an hour and a half! Not the guards fault. The check in process was good, once we had the right information in our hands..
