MYMYMYHouse was clean n big
When we checked in, we already told the mgmt that it was difficult to open the front door because of low battery but they kept saying it was not an issue. After we came back from dinner, we could not open the front door. We had to wait outside the apartment more than 1 hour for them to fix the door. Really bad experience!
MYLocation and overall cleanliness and facilities
Whole unit needs a fresh coat of PAINT especially room 3 next to common bathroom and too many exposed wires ! HAZARDOUS
MYClean, comfortable and loved the environment, owner always responds in seconds and we enjoyed our stay three night four days. The owner also very responsible.
What we dont like is about the foreign Security guard and the malay guard and staffs are friendly and responsible, the foreigners guard dont know how to verify TNG card and we been charged almost Rm 10-rm 16 in just 24 hours. Only this is our complaint about foreigner guard are not responsible and couldn’t talk proper Bahasa Malaysia, should wiling to learn to verify the card for the guests not depending on the senior staff always!

The owner didnt return my deposit... now already 3 days after check out. Very hard to contact the owner.
MYMYAs per expected. But the drain on the main bedroom seems clog. The water very slow to clear

MYEasy to find local food nearby
During my stay, there is water supply problem, can’t get shower, can’t perform Subuh prayer, go to the mnagement office and no staff there, the guard just said going to check, I wait untill 10 am and have to check out without shower, and I also miss my site visit due to this incident..who going to pay my loss? And the admin never mention about secure deposit Rm200 in the website prior booking, totally misleading info..they should put the info regarding secure deposit upon booking in the system.. And i have to pay rm16 for the parking fee instead rm4 for staying there as guest..The guard are not helping at all.
