Good room for family with two teen/adult kids traveling together as king and two other separate beds. a bit run down and could have been cleaner. good free parking in garage across the street

Great trip. Was worried because of some reviews, but had a great time. Room was clean.

It went smoothly and my mother enjoyed her birthday weekend.

Had a good time, room was clean, bed was comfortable, I will say there isn’t too much space for sitting or storage room if you have 8 people. Other than that we had a great time!

It had plenty to offer. nice pool and beach.Only complaint was the mattresses were too soft

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The plugin socket covers were loose. There’s a need for updates.

We were not warned at time of booking that there was going to be construction in a unit next to ours. We had to listen to construction noise like drilling the whole time. Terrible experience. Also it was very hard to get information from the agency responsible for this rental, Hostiva, to get the door access code, info about parliamentary etc. Their app doesn’t work at all. When I complained about the noise, they told me they are not responsible since they are not renting those noisy units ! Talk about shoveling the problem up in the air. Poor client service, they don’t care about the customer. I felt laughed at with my claim. I will never reserve through them never again.

Building needs to be updated, the view of the ocean was excellent
