Apartman je bio rezerviran i plačen dva mjeseca unaprijed, da bi na domačin 3 sata prije check-in otkazao rezervaviju preko maila i to bez objašnjenja uz poruku da je došlo do "tehničkih problema" jako neugodno i neprofesionalno od strane domačina.

A foglalással kapcsolatban sajnos negatív tapasztalatom volt. A foglalás összegét levonták a számlámról, ugyanakkor a szállás igénybevételére nem kaptam lehetőséget, csupán arról értesítettek, hogy a kérelmemet elutasították. A visszatérítés a mai napig nem érkezett meg, ami számomra kellemetlen és csalódást keltő helyzetet eredményezett.

Good location with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions

The apartment was not properly maintained or cleaned. The bed linen had an unpleasant smell, there was a lot of dust, the floor was sticky, and some of the dishes were dirty. The kitchen faucet was loose and not properly fixed. The freezer was completely covered with ice. The washing machine vibrated so heavily during the spin cycle that it actually moved across the bathroom floor. We also tried to contact the host using the phone number provided on Booking.com after check-in, but nobody answered. Overall, the apartment did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards

Very rude staff and when I'm eating food before check out they told me to get out in front of my friends and also no proper cleaning in apartment 😔
