Superb strategic location with balcony view towards city. The comfort facilities like swimming pool, parking access and the most important is nearby the mall. Easy access to supermarket, JBR bundle and other famous franchise just nearby this property. Fully furnished and the owner so generous by putting light/heavy snack and mineral water/sweet drink. May Allah grant you beneficial sustenance.

Almost nothing, just minor problem such as aircond got some part leaking. But the aircond still in good functioning. Fast respons from owner after my feedback and will repair. Hope in future will be more better
