"Unique tiny home experience with ranch and Teton view."

8.0

Location was good. Quiet with a nice view of the Tetons, with some farm/animals in front (I think they belong to the neighbor). We really enjoyed the cosy and unique stay. Though we had to deal with some plumbing issues (that were promptly mostly fixed after feeding back to the owner/property company(?)). The 'key' is an electronic PIN lock. For the kitchen - I would suggest supplying a portable induction hob instead of the hotplates. Much faster cook time, user friendly, and safer for the tiny area.

(Fixed - but just to note...) Very surprised of all the plumbing issues, which was basically every (3) faucet had a problem. I complained, and the property company (assumed - since the language was very corporate) sent someone out on day 2 of my 3 day stay. Responsive service! The problems were 1) Kitchen faucet clogged 2) Wash basin hot side clogged 3) Shower head clogged - and I didn't made it an issue: No hot water for the bath tub since we showered. All these were problems that would've taken months to years to get to the stage it was (clogged from of lime scale). This implied no one checked everything was OK before renting out. Although, it was fixed due to our complaint - it meant 2 of 3 nights we stayed we suffered from water issues that shoudn't have been. The notice in the bath, "Due to forces beyond our control... no hot water from bath faucet", should really be removed. It is not true. All the owner needs to do is to lower the incoming water pressure to the tankless water heater, and it will prevent the "E5" (water flow too high) error. Or that the bath faucet is flow controlable. So a small investment of a valve. Anyway - the major plumbing issues are now appreciatively fixed for other renters. When we left, the kitchen overhead light was still not fixed (small issue). The Wifi access point outside was placed too far from the cabin/home, and is blocked by the metal siding - so there was no wifi signal in the bath area. Again another easily solvable issue by simply relocating the access point closer to the tiny home, but yet is still able to catch the relay signal presumably from the main house. There should be a (foldable?) table in the cabin - there's no place to place food/PC to eat/work. As the major plumbing issues got fixed, I can still recommend the place for couples.
