Its time the owner should change the washroom sanitary and the entire beds

The hotel/hostel is great! Clean, comfortable and the staff are amazing. The lounge area looks over the valley and the restaurant there has great food! You could sit there for days! The rooftop also offers a great place to relax.

Very dirty....basic facilities are even not available...bed was cracking...many insects in the room

Baltit Fort and the Karimabad Bazaar are less a kilometer away, beautiful mountain and valley view in the communal area and rooftop. The sheets were clean. The staff were helpful.

The water in taps came out gray and muddy, it needed time to clear. There was no fan so I had to sleep with my windows open. I was there in June, weather was a but warm already.

Excellent location with beautiful views. The owners Liaquat bhai and Ali bhai plus all the staff are super helpful and supportive. Had a very pleasant stay.

the room is large the view is amazing. the wifi at recepsionist is fast and the staff can help us to rent a car/driver. the location is excelent. the room is cheap.

The wifi doesnt reach my room. There is no hot shower in my room. the breakfast is expensive

Great location, lovely views from the main reception area which is cosy and Welcoming and overall nice location with lots of lovely tourists from around the world. Most of the guys working there were nice and friendly overall.

The bathroom toilet wasn’t flushing during the entire stay! I was told someone will fix it on day one but that never happened! Then another older guy (possibly owner or in charge) told me what’s the big deal I should just fill a bucket of water and throw it down the loo to flush it myself and the room rate is cheap anyway so why am I complaining!! Kind of ridiculous to say the least! His attitude and approach was totally poop! The other young guy was nice and trying to be helpful! Due to the toilet not flushing during our stay, we in fact had to fill buckets of water which was honestly most disgusting and nonsensical! Was not offered any other alternative room. Demanded and was given 1000rs off from total cost of room for the inconvenience. Don’t think any other traveller would have put up with this nonsense!
