Panoramic Apartment 5Terre La Spezia

Good size apartment. Michael was kind and was waiting for us on arrival. He also helped us to get a taxi early in the morning to get to the train station.

Unfortunately one of the neighbours woke us up early in the morning ringing the door bell and screaming to us complaining about the noise from the evening, but it wasn’t us. We also heard all the chatting and noise coming from nearby but there was not way she will understand and calm down. She was so upset.

Our host was the best host ever. He saved us a parking space, when we arrived, he carried the suitcases into the appartement, he called us to ask, if everything was okay. And all that although we just stayed for two days. The appartement has a wonderful view. It was clean and had enough room for me, my husband and our children. My son just loved the rain shower!!! My husband and I loved the coffee machine. :-) The appartement is really close to the harbour. We spent a wonderful evening there. It is very easy to get to Cinque Terre from the appartement. We walked 15 minutes to the train station, from where the trains leave to Cinque Terre. If we ever go to La Spezia again, we will definitely stay at the same appartement.

Booked for a three-bedroom apartment for two weeks but was given two-bedroom. The property has four bedrooms. One was renovated during the first week and other one was occupied by someone else. Third bedroom was given upon request. Bathroom has limited hot water for shower. City tax was for whole duration instead of capped at 5 days
