The apartment was nice and clean. We really liked it. We liked the resort as well and would definitely book this again.

We were told that we can pay cash or card. However, when we arrived, a staff member said that we had to wait for the management to approve the card payment. After waiting around 40 minutes, they told us that to avoid waiting longer, we should go get cash from an ATM that’s around 15 minutes away so we did that and as a result we ended spending around 1 hour and half for checking in.

This is a fantastic option for an apartment with all the services of a hotel, in one of the nicest parts of the Dead Sea. There is direct private beach access (and a tub of mud for mudding), really nice pools, and a great view of the sea from the pool. The pool area has a reasonably priced restaurant so you can eat by the pool. The house is large and well equipped, on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area, and has a massive TV! Nice bathrooms. Parking was easy.

The double bed is very soft, and some of the furniture is a bit old (and doesn't all open). But overall, this is great value for money considering the cost of the large hotels which are its neighbours.

The location is awesome. Just step out the back door to the pool. One night was too short. The staff at the beach are super helpful and friendly. The golf cart rides up and down to the beach were a pleasant surprise. Check in was easy. Pro tip: the button for hot water for the bathrooms is outside of the bathroom. The showers are amazing as long as you find this button. 😅

Remember that you are not paying through booking, so you have to allow time to take care of that. Not a big deal, just something to remember. I recommend booking several days here so you can relax and not be in a hurry.

The apartment is well furnished for young kids. There's not too much they can break. When we visited the complex was very quiet and the facilities were clean and functional.
