The hosts got in touch with us over WhatsApp which made it easy for us to meet up at the accommodation. He explained everything nicely and made sure the wifi was working again after the cleaning ladies had switched it off. He was very attentive and professional. The apartment itself is spacious, quite clean and has the amenities which you'd need on a weekend or short holiday away. It's ideal if you want to explore Green Point/ Sea Point and the Waterfront as it's in walking distance from the property. The property's parking is also very safe which gives peace of mind, as street parking is not ideal in the city.

The surroundings of the apartment are quite noisy and even though it says there's no pets allowed in the building, there's a dog just across the hall who barks upon entering and leaving. At night, there's lots of city noises and with an event happening at the stadium just across the road, you need to be aware that it might wake you up at night.

They charged me for a cleaning service fee of R900. which is ridiculous considering that I am checking in the place should be clean already I can understand if you are staying there for a few days and requesting a cleaning service as it's self catering. When I asked about it i was told it's a standard fee.

The facility is close by to the main road. The safety looks good.

I was charged more than the rate indicated in the advertisement . In stead of paying R3714.35 , you took R 3 8200.00 about hundred rand and odds more than what you were supposed to take. I am asking for my difference please.
