The lock of the room I stayed in was problematic.

For me the mattress was a bit hard

It has heating. this is a big bonus

It needed heating because none of the windows shut and cold air poured in the room. I didn't see a staff member after I checked in and it was a thoroughly disparating experience staying there

Location is excellent, surrounded by amazing range of restaurants, cafés, tea shops, etc. and easy transportation to everywhere. Hotel is clean, with all advertized facilities (hot water, towels, clean bed, etc.) and there is an amazing rooftop with a view on the city.

We often had to look for staff - restaurant did not seem to ever open on time (and seemed to double as dormitory for the cook), we did not pay the price advertized on Booking.com, and the 3 rooms that we had were smoking rooms so often had a weird smell of air purifyier. Although the information on Booking mentioned a free airport shuttle, it was not the case. Also the phone number on the Booking webpage is wrong so we had a hard time to connect with the hotel (did not respond either to the messages sent through the app). Bottom line, think about booking an ayurvedic massage to end your stay!

The A/C and the hot water was working properly. The WiFi was reliable too.

Too much furniture packed into a small room. Two chairs and a table, but nowhere to put clothes. Also, there was a tv, but the plug socket was broken. The windows also didn’t close properly so very noisy at night.
